Practice
Michelle is an attorney with Stafford Rosenbaum LLP. Michelle’s practice is primarily focused on business and contract law, estate planning, and residential and commercial real estate. Michelle has represented a broad range of business clients, including retailers, real estate developers, and professional entities.
Her experience includes:
- Representing clients in forming businesses, buy/sell agreements and residential and commercial real estate transactions, including drafting, revising, and negotiating offers to purchase and leases
- Preparing estate plans for estates of all sizes
- Drafting and reviewing loan documents, corporate documents, and operating agreements, as well as reviewing and drafting contracts for various business clients
Michelle worked in the Washington D.C. office of United States Senator Herb Kohl, and she served as a judicial clerk to Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice William A. Bablitch.
Michelle is admitted to practice in Wisconsin.
